Why do images get cut off after downloading?

You have successfully downloaded your design but the image is cut off or you see a grey line across your image. At this stage, removing the filter would help download your design correctly.

Grey lines

When upon downloading your design, you see a grey line across your image, this could likely mean that an error occurred when a filter is applied to the design.

Overlapping elements

If after downloading your design, you find it is cut off where you didn't expect it to be, it could be your design does not fit the template you are using.

Troubleshooting

If your image is cut off please try the following steps before re-downloading your design:

1. Rearrange elements such that they are all visible within the template space.

2. Ensure elements do not overlap on two or more pages at once.
