Creating Design folders can help you organize your designs and access them easily. Once you've created your folders, you can move the designs to them. Here's how you can do it.
View All Your Designs
Click on the All Your Designs tab on the left menu panel. This will show all the designs that you have created in Canva.
Find your design
Locate the design that you want to move to your folder.
Drag and drop
Drag the design to the folder you want to move it to. Note that the design will now have a tag under its title that refers to the folder it's in. You can place a design into more than one folder.
View the folder
When you click on the folder, you'll see the designs that you have moved.
Canva tip: Moving a design to a folder doesn't make a copy of it. You'll still see these designs when you click on All your designs tab, and any changes done here will reflect on the designs in the folder.
