How do I download only certain pages from a design?

In Canva, when you publish and download a design, we create a PDF with all of your pages or a ZIP file that contains one PNG file for each of your pages. But, you can also choose to publish and download a single page or specific pages from your design.

Here’s how:

01. Click the download button

You may locate this on the top right-hand corner of the screen, then click the options arrow at the bottom of the download menu.

02. Select pages in range

By default the first option, “All pages” is selected. To download a single page, select the second option, “Pages in range” and type the page number you want to download in the text box below.

Next, click either the image download button to download a single PNG file of the page you selected or click the PDF download button to download a single-page PDF.

03. Enter page numbers

If you'd like to download more than one page but not every page in your design, you can enter several page numbers separated by commas in the box (for example: "1, 2, 3, 5, 7"). You can also use the dash symbol to enter a range of pages (for example: "1-3, 5-7").

After which, click the image download button or PDF download button and we’ll provide you with a ZIP or PDF file with only the pages you specified.

Hey {{ticket.requester.first_name}},

Thanks for your message and for using Canva!

To download a single or specific pages of your design, click on the Download button located on the upper right part of the editor page. Click the Options arrow at the bottom part of the Download menu.

The download menu should expand to show more options. Tick the Pages in range and type in the page/s you'd like to download then click the image download button or PDF download button to download just the page/s of your design that you specified.
