Publishing can sometimes fail if you have an image that wasn't uploaded correctly.
You will be able to tell that this is the case by closing and then re-opening your design, and checking for any images that do not appear correctly.
If you see something similar to the above screenshot where an element should be, it will need to be deleted from your design and deleted as an upload.
Once you have removed the image from your uploads, simply re-upload it and place it back in your design.
Canva tip: You may also want to refresh your design, to check that everything has saved correctly. If any elements have not saved, try updating your design and then downloading again.
You should then be able to download your design without any difficulties.
