Why do I have a pending invoice?

A pending invoice is any upcoming charge to your account due for payment on your next billing date. If you have purchased less than $10 USD worth of images for payment, you will see a pending invoice in your account. You will be charged for it once you have reached the 30th day from the date of your initial purchase or on your monthly billing date.

Note: Once you have a billing date set, you will be charged on that day (30 days later). If you download a design with ten or more elements before your billing date you will be charged right away.

Click here to learn how to view your invoices. You can then click on View below Invoice details to see a list of purchased elements from the last 30 days. This section will include the image, image title, amount of the purchased images and your Canva for Work subscription charges.
